MPH Construction was recently appointed to provide a full Design and Build Scheme for Abakhan Fabrics in Mostyn, North Wales. The scheme consisted of the complete re-development of a derelict warehouse to provide a new café facility, with a gift shop, play area and toilets.  The café accommodates up to 150 people allowing Abakhan to accommodate and attract more visitors.

The works also included the provision of new interactive tourist terminals, additional wheelchair access facilities and the restoration of the water wheel race and a landscaped courtyard and gardens, all carried out without causing any restrictions or disturbances to Abakhan’s day to day operations.

As evidence of our stringent approach to delivering projects of the highest quality, we have received an LABC Building excellence award in the best conversion category from the Abakhan Fabrics project.
