3 to 5 Yorke Street (Block E) – Eagles Meadow, Wrexham

Working in association with Wilson Bowden Developments and their Consultants, MPH Construction completed the new build and refurbishment works to 3 to 5 Yorke Street (Block E), which formed the main pedestrian entrance to the prestigious Eagles Meadow retail development.
The works comprised the complete refurbishment of the existing buildings to form both apartments and retail units whilst attaching a new steel frame and structure to form the main pedestrian route through to the main scheme.
MPH Construction were awarded the contract by Wilson Bowden Developments following successful completion of a two-stage tender selection process. The 1st stage was in open tender with bids assessed on both quality and price. The 2nd stage was then negotiated within the parameters set out in the 1st stage tender whilst developing the construction design, to agree a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
