This prestigious project for Vale Royal Borough Council involved extensive, internal and external alterations and refurbishment works to the main house and footman’s cottage along with the formation of a new car park. The works were successfully completed whilst working closely with the Vale Royal project team to ensure the project was completed within the tight budget.
The internal alterations included the formation of several openings through many of the existing internal walls and therefore necessitated a complete and fully detailed temporary works design. to minimise the disruption to the existing structure.
